Clan Name: Mkhwane – uSgasa, uMbuyisa, Faku ofakayo, Nyawuza, Tahla ka Ndayela.
Born: 27 April 1994.
I am doing my First Year Criminal Law on Missionvale Campus.
I am shy, quiet, reserved, inquisitive and enigmatic.
I love good music, friends, reading – mostly fictional novels and Steers burgers, there’s just something about them.
Interested in the African Renaissance, Black Consciousness and writing.
I am inspired by Steve Biko, Martin Luther King Jr, Malcolm X and Thabo Mbeki.
I stand for authenticity, integrity, black empowerment and self-worth.
I am where I am because of hard work, perseverance, my grandmother’s prayers, blessings and sacrifices. May her soul rest in peace.
I owe everything I have to my grandmother. She was my father, mother, uncle and aunt. Basically, she was all I had.
‘’Those who complete the course will do so only because they do not, as fatigue sets in, convince themselves that the road ahead is still too long, the inclines too steep, the loneliness impossible to bear and the prize itself of doubtful value.’’-Thabo Mbeki
‘’In time we shall be in a position to bestow upon South Africa the greatest possible – a more human face.’’-Bantu Stephen Biko
